The Lotus is a new development by Shiupong, who is known for its current high-rises such as the Maxus Condominiums in Yorkville (84 Cumberland), Nevis Condominiums on the Waterfront, and the Radius Condominiums, Yonge/Davisville.

After a great deal of thought and consideration, architectural integrity and sensitive urban planning, the Lotus will rise as a 16-storey tower building with 161 suites. The award-winning interior design firm, Chapman Design Group, will create a lobby with “a contemporary ambience and cosmopolitan palette of blue and silver with jewel-toned mosaic tile accents, sophisticated floating ceiling” and classic furnishings according to their brochure.

The building, in addition to a state of the art security system, will have a 24-hr concierge.
